Making a complaint

In writing, to cs@puzzletech.co.uk. You can also tell the person handling your ticket, or call the number above.

Telecoms services are different. For hosted telephony, SIP trunks, call services, mobile and broadband, our complaints code of practice sets out what we will do and when, and how to take it to an independent scheme if we cannot put it right. That code is required by Ofcom and applies to residential and small business customers.
