Services
What we do.
Seven service lines. Most customers take the first two and add from there.
We support the whole estate rather than pieces of it, because the alternative is three suppliers pointing at each other while your business is stopped.
- Managed IT support The day-to-day. Unlimited remote and on-site support for every managed device.
- Security and compliance Detection, response, and the evidence your customers are asking for.
- Microsoft 365 and cloud Identity, email, files and the permissions underneath them.
- Phones, lines and networks Connectivity, telephony and the equipment between them.
- Backup and recovery Backups that are tested, and a recovery time you have agreed in advance.
- Projects and procurement Migrations, office moves and hardware, scoped and quoted before they start.
- Using AI without leaking your business What Copilot can actually see, and what to fix before you turn it on.
What sits underneath all of it
Every managed device includes unlimited remote support, unlimited on-site support subject to location, endpoint detection and response, 24/7 threat containment, privileged access management and patching, before any protection tier is chosen. Most providers charge separately for half of that.

Questions people ask
- Do we have to take all of it?
- No. Most customers take managed support and a protection tier, then add connectivity or projects as they need them. We also work ad hoc, and alongside an in-house IT team, with the boundary set either way — unlimited, or a fixed amount of time. The one thing we will not do is take a managed agreement over half an infrastructure, because an infrastructure is only as good as its weakest point and we would be accountable for something we do not look after.
- Most of this assumes Microsoft. What if we are not on it?
- Then say so and we will tell you what we can do. Microsoft is our preferred platform and most of our customers are there, which is why the site leans that way, but it is a preference rather than a condition — Google Workspace is supportable, and we support Apple and Linux endpoints alongside Windows. The service set differs, so the honest answer depends on what you actually run.
- Why do you not name the products you use?
- Because what you are buying is a managed service rather than a shopping list. We choose the products that do the best job of protecting and supporting our customers, and we change them when something better comes along — which is a decision we would rather make on your behalf than defend a logo. What each service actually does is set out above, and the specifics are on your quote.
- Can you work alongside our existing IT person?
- Yes, and it is a common arrangement where there is someone internal who knows the business but needs cover and specialist depth. It needs the boundary written down, which we will do as part of scoping.
