How quickly can someone actually get to us?

Where a visit is genuinely needed, the same working day if we are close by and the next working day if we are not. A P1 — something down for everyone — gets someone the same day where it genuinely needs one, and that is included as standard. Either way it is during business hours, including for customers on 24/7 cover.

Do you charge for travel?

On-site attendance for managed devices is included rather than charged per visit, subject to location — which we settle when we quote, not afterwards. Where a site sits far enough out that the travel would not be reasonable to absorb, we quote the travel before anyone sets off, so it is never a surprise on an invoice.

Our staff all work from home and we have no server room. Does your location matter?

Much less. With your people distributed and nothing on site to visit, distance barely matters — we are a realistic option wherever you are and however you operate.

Where we work — coverage and travel

Our only premises is on Ermine Business Park in Huntingdon. We have not created listings for towns we do not have an office in, and this page is deliberately one honest page rather than nine thin ones.

How coverage actually works

Remote first, wherever you are: Most faults are resolved remotely, and faster that way. If your staff are distributed and you have little or no on-premises equipment, geography barely matters.
On site when it is needed: Hardware failures, new sites, network work and the occasional problem that genuinely needs someone in the room. For most customers this is included rather than charged per visit — it comes with the managed devices and there is no per-visit fee to weigh up before picking up the phone. Where a site sits outside the usual on-site area, visits may be chargeable instead; your agreement says which applies to you, and we settle it when we quote rather than afterwards. Always during business hours, including for customers on wider cover.

Realistic attendance

What decides how quickly someone arrives is how badly you need them, not which town you are in.

Anything below that, where a visit is genuinely needed, is the same day if we are close by and the next working day if we are not.

Where on-site attendance is not part of your agreement, the timings are normally the same. What changes is that the visit usually needs signing off at your end first — worth knowing before the day you need one rather than during it.

A note on on-site hours

On-site attendance is during business hours, whatever cover you buy. Extended and 24/7 cover widen the window for remote response; they do not put someone in your building overnight. We would rather set that expectation here than during an incident.

Why not a page for every town?
