Complaints
Complaints can be raised via post or e-mail.

We aim to reply to all complaints within 2 working days.
It may take us longer to resolve your complaint, please allow up to 4 weeks for this process to complete.
Terms of Domains:
- UK Domain Names are subject to Nominet Terms and Conditions which can be downloaded from Nominet’s website here:-https://www.nominet.uk/resources/policy/policies-rules/ (This includes .co.uk/.uk/.org.uk Domains)
- To transfer a domain name to another provider, a fee of £10 plus vat will be charged to complete this transfer away request.
- Domains are sold and renewed in 12 month periods, Unless otherwise agreed domains are £49+vat per year.
- Renewal reminders will be generated 45 days prior to domain renewal.
- A renewal Invoice (if auto-renew enabled) will be sent out 30 days prior to renewal. Once payment is received the domain will be renewed.
- If payment is not made or payment fails then the domain will be suspended and services associated with the domain will cease to function (e.g website and email hosting)
- If payment has not been received after 30 days from the expiry date, the domain will be available for public resale and should you wish for us to recover the domains subject to its availability we would charge £150+vat for this service.
